How to Take Great Photos

Learn how to photograph properties for optimal editing results

Step 1 – Enable the Grid
  1. Enable the grid in your camera settings
  2. Ensure vertical lines (walls, frames) are straight
  3. Don't tilt your phone up/down – keep it level
Step 2 – Go to the Corner & Use Wide Angle
  1. Stand in a corner of the room
  2. Use wide angle (ultra-wide / zoomed out)
  3. Frame your shot: 2/3 floor – 1/3 ceiling
  4. Phone at hip height gives the best result
  5. Remove distracting items from left/right edges
  6. Shoot in landscape (horizontal) as much as possible
