These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the WeEdit photo editing service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
WeEdit provides automated real estate photo editing services. We offer enhancement options including window pull (HDR recovery), sky replacement, perspective correction, and color profile adjustments. Services are provided on a pay-per-image basis.
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to: upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our service, use our service for any unlawful purpose, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All payments are processed securely through Mollie. Prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is required before downloading watermark-free edited images. Account credits do not expire. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Our pricing is project-based: First 10 images per project: €2.50 per image. Additional images per project (11+): €1.00 per image. Prices are subject to change with notice. Current pricing applies to all new projects.
You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a license to process and edit them as part of our service. We retain rights to our editing technology, software, and service infrastructure. Edited images are provided for your commercial use in real estate listings and marketing.
Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: quality of original uploaded images, results not meeting subjective expectations, technical issues or service interruptions, any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
You can cancel your account at any time. Unused account credits are non-refundable. You may request a refund within 14 days of image purchase if there is a technical issue with the edited images. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will retain data as described in our Privacy Policy after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain rights under local consumer protection laws.
